Repair, packing and dispatching instructions
Repair
- Please be sure to put a description of the error in the package.
- If desired we will send you a cost estimate. We need your fax number to inform you about the cost estimate.
- We need extensive measurement and test equipment to make repairs, so normally repairs can only be carried out in our company.
- Local module replacement is only possible after the cost estimate has been confirmed.
Replacement units
- You can swap your defective unit for a rebuilt replacement unit for a flat-rate repair charge. The replacement units are generally available ex-warehouse.
Packaging
- Please pack the units carefully!
- Special packing is available from ELCAT at extra cost on request.
Logistics department
- We can have your unit picked up from your medical practice for a surcharge. To do that, your unit has to be packed ready for shipment.
