Distribution
Our products are being distributed in Germany by ELCAT, for the international marketing we cooperate with distributors all over the world.Our products find their applications in practices as well as in hospitals.
Our products are mentioned for measuring procedure in many national and international scientific publications.
Development
For our hardware-development we use state-of-the-art chips as microprocessors. We provide modern equipment such as logic analyzer, microprocessor-emulators. For the whole technical development we use CAD-work stations which means that all development and documentation as for example schematically drawing, circuit board layouts, mechanical constructions is accomplished on workstations. The software development provides firmware as well as device-software for Windows.
These technical circumstances as well as our motivated and dynamic team allow a quick adjustment to the innovative technical needs.
Production
The equipment of the circuit boards is performed using programmed tables (also valid for SMD technique). All intermediate and final products are subjected to a severe quality control. The whole production controlling and production supply is computer driven (PPS-system).
Personal data
ELCAT is a medium-sized company with about 20 employees responsible for sales, administration, development and production. We offer apprenticeship for electronic professions and industry training required by universities.
